New airport eatery

Muncie Mayor Dan Canan makes his final State of the City address at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday  The address at the Horizon Convention Center comes at the end of the Muncie Rotary Club luncheon beginning at 11:45 a.m.  More than 300 people are expected to attend.

Drug bust

A Union City man faces several charges after a police raid at his home early Sunday.  Jose Velasco-Lucero, 26, is accused with possessing and dealing cocaine and maintaining a common nuisance.  Three other men were arrested for visiting a common nuisance.

Drug sentence

A six-year prison term has been given to a Muncie man who pleaded guilty to dealing and possessing cocaine.  Marc Drummer, 28, was sentenced to eight years in prison with two years suspended.  He will be on probation for two years after his release.
