BSU Clearing Houses for New Dorm

Ball State University has begun demolition of eight homes they own.   The houses are on Marsh Street and Neeley Avenue.   Eventually, about 20 homes will be demolished.  The space is needed for construction of the new “North Residence Hall.”   It is expected to be ready for use by 2010.
