He was pulled over because his license plate light was out and it ended with his arrest. The Indiana State Police Trooper who pulled him over along I-70 in Henry County discovered that the driver had no license to drive and neither did the passenger. He also found meth, Xanax and a loaded pistol in the vehicle.
