12-year-old arrested for making prank call to school

A 12-year-old student who confessed to making a prank call threatening the Sand Creek Intermediate school in Fishers has been arrested.  The boy was charged with Class D felony intimidation.  Sergeant Gerry Hepp of the Fishers Police Department believes the boy will be charged as a juvenile.  If he was tried as an adult, he could face a maximum sentence of 1.5 years in jail and a 10 thousand dollar fine.
