A scuba diving instructor says the rescue in Thailand borders on miraculous. Steve Dalcher, a Ball State aquatics instructor and diver of 35 years says the rescue of a group of boys and their soccer coach from submerged caverns in Thailand is nothing short of amazing considering the complexity of the rescue operation.
