A three-year tax abatement has been approved for a business that moved last year to the former Prairie Creek Nursery. According to the Herald Bulletin, the Anderson City Council has approved the tax abatement for the 3 Rusty Nails Shoppe. The owners plan to construct a 3,000-square-foot retail store and to convert the existing building into an event center.
