The Starbucks and Insomina Cookies stores in Muncie are closing, but just for a make over. The Starbucks at 523 S. Tillotson will be closed starting Monday through the end of the month for a remodell. Also, Insomnia Cookies in the The Village, has been closed since Monday. It’s getting the same sort of renovation as sister stores around the country are. It should take five to seven days.
