Area businessman Dave Ring is officially in the running for Delaware County commissioner. He and volunteers snatched up 648 signatures in less than two weeks. That puts him up against Republican incumbent Commissioner Shannon Henry and Democratic Party candidate Jason Donati in the contest for the District 3 commissioner seat.
