There are lots of orange barrels on the Muncie Bypass. Paving work is underway in both directions from State Road 67 to the intersection of State roads 3 & 28. Traffic is reduced to one lane while that paving work is going on. The project was set to begin at the end of June, but the start date was pushed to this week.
