Authorities say a paramedic from Fishers stole vials of the painkiller fentanyl from ambulances that were intended for patient use. State police say 41-year-old Jason Howard was arrested Monday on charges of theft and possession of narcotics. Charges against him stem from 34 vials of fentnayl that had been tampered with in five counties since early this year.
