The Madison County Prosecutor’s office will not file criminal charges against the parents of the 3-year-old girl who died inside a hot car on June 3. The investigation into the death of Hannah Miller has concluded. Madison County Prosecutor Rodney Cummings says, “It was a horrible accident.”
