Noblesville officials will be announcing details of the Capital Improvement Plan for 2018-2023. The Wednesday event involves projects including road infrastructure improvements, mixed-use development and public safety. The Noblesville NOW Capital Improvement Plan will unveil 10 top-priority projects that span the entire community – including a new police headquarters.
