Two New Castle women are facing criminal charges for selling baby raccoons to an undercover state conservation officer. 30-year-old Kristina Jasper and 25-year-old Breanna Stigall are accused of selling the three animals for $325. State law says a permit is required to own wild animals, including raccoons.
