A Muncie man is being held in the Delaware County jail after police say he abducted his former girlfriend, tried to drown her in White River, and then tried to electrocute her. 32-year-old Christopher Ray Warfel is charged with more than a half dozen crimes. Bond is set at 72-thousand dollars.
