An Indianapolis man has filed a lawsuit against Marion County, the sheriff and the county’s health contractor Correct Care Solutions. The suit alleges Laurence Parks did not receive the correct medication for renal cell cancer and was given ibuprofen instead. CCS has denied the allegations.
