A former registered nurse with Community Hospital Anderson is facing disciplinary actions. 30-year-old Christopher Surface, of Fishers, is accused of releasing a body to a funeral home without the family’s consent and other infractions. A complaint from the Indiana Attorney General’s office has been filed by the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
