The parents of a dead 18-month-old boy appeared in a Madison County courtroom Monday. Dylan T. Tate and Jennifer L. Harris asked for and were denied bail modification during their appearance. Tate & Harris have been charged with felony neglect of a dependent causing death. Their trial has been set for the week of October 16th
