Police now say a male student at Noblesville West Middle School has been detained after Friday morning’s shooting there. A teacher and a female student were injured and taken to the hospital. The girl is 13 and was said to be in stable condition. Reports indicate the the student suspect asked to be excused from class then returned with two guns before the shooting.
