Court appearances in Madison Circuit Court for Jennifer L. Harris and Dylan T. Tate Monday in the death of Harris’ 18 month old son. The child died after being brought to the emergency room in late February by Tate who got into a car accident along the way. Doctors found signs not consistent with a car crash that showed physical abuse of the boy.
