The Muncie Bar Association this week formally opposed relocating the county plan to build a jail in a former school and commercial building on the south side, saying that the new location would adversely affect the economy and the convenience of people who use the courts. That prompted a reaction from
Commissioner James King who said he did not only disagree with the association, but did not understand its argument.
