Wednesday, Mayor Dennis Tyler will present his annual State of the City Address at the Horizon Convention Center in downtown Muncie. Mayor Tyler’s remarks will highlight the municipal achievements and accomplishments from 2017 and reveal his vision for future projects, partnerships and programs in the City of Muncie. Doors open at 6:45 a.m. with breakfast served at 7:00 a.m. America’s Hometown Band will provide music from 7:00 – 7:30 a.m., and the program will begin promptly at 7:30 a.m.
