Two Muncie residents have been accused of breaking into a southside home. 33-year-old Raelyn Marie Williams is charged with burglary, theft and possession of a controlled substance. Her bond was set at $12,500 – while 34-year-old Michael Wayne Whitmire is facing similar charges. He is being held in the county jail under a $27,500 bond.
