City police say a Muncie man has repeatedly harassed a local woman. 40-year-old Ryan Gassman is accused of sending the woman at least 26 lewd e-mails between April 10 and 17. Gassman violated the protective order that was issued against him in 2015. He is charged with stalking and 27 counts of invasion of privacy.
