The Madison County Community Health Center has a new leader. Sharon Foote, a 47-year veteran of the health care industry, has been selected as the group’s chief executive officer. Foote succeeds Anthony Malone, the MCCHC founder and long-time director who retired in September. The MCCHC provides health care for under-served populations of Madison County and includes facilities in Anderson, Alexandria and Elwood.
