An entire city block along McGalliard at Walnut could look dramatically different, if a special re-zoning request is approved by the Metropolitan Plan Commission and Muncie City Council. Under the proposal, the ALDI, Texas Roadhouse and FedEx buildings would be demolished and replaced with new construction at different locations within the block.
