Woman Files Complaint In Connection To ‘No Knock’ Warrant

A complaint has been filed by an Anderson woman in connection with a no knock search warrant executed at her residence on February 1st. Francie Steen’s suit claims here fourth and fourteenth amendment constitutional rights against unreasonable search of her property and her due process rights were violated when police stormed into her apartment at 2725 W. 16th Street. The search of Steen’s apartment was connected to a shooting at the Quick Shop Marathon gas station in early November.
