Anderson’s Mounds Mall will close at the end of this month, but it may not be the end of the mall all together. KT Pawn Shop owner Ken Kocinski is hoping to purchase the building at a Commissioner’s Certificate Sale in April. More than 600-thousand dollars in back taxes are owed on the property by Mounds Mall’s current owners.
