Some people don’t like the sound of a 10,000-hog farm in northern Delaware County but lawmakers placing a moratorium on such an operation may not be the primary path. Two lawmakers say that they would be more inclined to regulate confined animal feeding operations than to shut them down. Regulate instead of restrict altogether.
