The State Board of Education is holding off on any changes to A-F letter grading system for at least another year. Without a new system, schools will receive two letter grades — one state, another federal — and those could be different. If the board doesn’t vote next month, a new grading system likely won’t take effect until at least the 2019-20 school year.
