A Muncie man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for shooting his landlord. 45-year old Rodney Gwynn Patterson, who has a history of bizarre and violent behavior, allegedly shot his landlord because he believed he was being harassed. Witnesses say the shooting was unprovoked.
