Formal charges filed against a Muncie man accused of sexually assaulting a Ball State student. Police say the victim is a close friend of 19 year old Ianne Sierra, who began to fondle the girl and sexually assaulted her at his apartment. Their friendship was platonic, says the victim, who told police Sierra began to cry after the attack, saying he knew he had done something wrong.
