An Anderson woman has filed a federal lawsuit against the Anderson Police Department for a Feb. 1 raid. Authorities were looking for a cellphone in Francie Steen’s apartment when her residence was allegedly damaged in the process. Steen is seeking a jury trial, damages and attorney fees.
