The Indiana Court of Appeals has confirmed the 2017 conviction of Darrin Burns on a charge of aggravated battery. Burns was charged following a fight at the VIP show club in Anderson after he reportedly punched another man who suffered a blood clot beneath his skull. Burns was found guilty during the trial and was sentenced to a nine-year prison term with five years suspended.
