The Anderson Red Cross says the cold winter weather and flu season are causing people to miss their blood donation appointments. In order to help alleviate the current blood shortage, two blood drives have been scheduled – February 23rd at Madison Park Church of God and on February 27th at Ivy Tech Community College. The Red Cross is urging donors of all blood types to attend.
