There is discontent between a property owner and the Nestle plant in Anderson. Attorney Mike Austin, representing Walt Bagot, recently told the members of the Anderson Redevelopment Commission that the plant leaves rail cars parked for days at a time, which is preventing the development of the family’s land. Nestle has not yet offered a solution to this issue.
