A narcotics raid led to the arrests of two Muncie residents. Police found meth, cocaine and a small quantity of a substance believed to be heroin in their home. 35-year-old Dewayne Tyler Emberton and 29-year-old Tosha Raynae Lambert were both preliminarily charged with dealing meth, cocaine and heroin.
