A man wanted in connection with two shootings on Sunday reportedly just got out of federal prison a short time ago. 33-year old-Chandler Wayne Harris is wanted for questioning in the shootings of two people outside Uggly’s Bar and Grill on South Walnut Street early Sunday morning. Police believe Harris exchanged gunfire with at least one of the victims.
