Today marks the one-year anniversary of the disappearance of Abby Williams and Libby German. Investigators say the two teenage girls were dropped by a family member near the Monon High Bridge in Carroll County on Feb. 13 but never returned to be picked up. The two girls were found dead the following day. No one has been arrested in spite of more than 26,000 tips to police. Delphi United Methodist Church will hold a candlelight vigil for the girls later today.
