Delaware County officials are set to hold a meeting to hear worries about a proposed 8,000-hog farming operation in the northern part of the county. The CAFO has set a public meeting for 6 p.m. Thursday, March 8 at Heartland Hall at the Delaware County Fairgrounds for proponents and opponents to exchange information and opinions.
