Renovation is expected to begin soon on the Tower Apartments building in downtown Anderson. The intent is to remodel 31 one-bedroom and six two-bedroom apartments and have it opened by the middle of this year. The investment in the building at 11th and Jackson streets is expected to cost nearly 2 million dollars.
