Rape and sexual battery charges face a nurse at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. Police say 28 year old Nathaniel Mosco of Hartford City was charged Thursday. Police say he fondled a patient on three separate occasions after giving her pain meds she did not request. Mosco is in the Delaware County Jail in lieu of $30,000 bail.
