It appears the city-county 911 dispatch center will not be dissolved. Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler got word from county comissioners rescinding that motion. If implemented the dissolution would have taken effect February 6th. Tyler appeared inclined to accept the break up but was mulling over the county’s change of mind before accepting its letter not to dissolve the operation.
