BSU President Mearns Says Process Will Be Public

After the Indiana Ways and Means Committee approved the amendment to HB1315, allowing Ball State University to appoint and govern the Muncie Community Schools, BSU President Geoffrey S. Mearns says the process will be very public. The bill next goes to the House floor, where it will be considered by all members and is subject to amendments.
