A Muncie-Delaware County dispute over 911 services may be mending. At the tail end of a contentious Wednesday meeting, Delaware County Commissioner James King said he would authorize the county attorney to pen a letter to the city rescinding a county move to dissolve the 911 agreement between the two. There had been concerns about how that dissolution could impact public safety in the city and the county.
