A former human resources director is suing Muncie Community Schools, claiming that Superintendent Steven Baule regularly made sexist, racist and intimidating remarks. Kathy Ray’s federal lawsuit cites inappropriate, severely offensive and intimidating conduct. MCS says when Ray’s complaint was brought to their attention; they investigated and found the charges to be unsubstantiated.
