The Anderson Board of Zoning Appeals has approved a special exception and variances from the height requirement. Interstate Warehousing Inc. has purchased 77 acres near the intersection of Layton Road and 73rd Street for a 250,000-square-foot cold storage facility in the Flagship Enterprise Center.
