A former official at Muncie Community Schools has filed a federal lawsuit alleging the district’s superintendent regularly made sexist, racist and intimidating remarks. The Star Press reports the lawsuit was filed Friday on behalf of the former human resources director for MCS. It cites more than two dozen instances of alleged “inappropriate” behavior. The district says it had investigated the allegations and found them to be unsubstantiated.
