An application for the proposed sale of the state’s two racetrack casinos to Caesars Entertainment still hasn’t reached the Indiana Horse Racing Commission. The deal is between Centaur Gaming, which owns Hoosier Park Racing & Casino in Anderson and Indiana Grand in Shelbyville, and Caesars Entertainment. The reported billion dollar deal was announced in the middle of last month.
