There are new amendments to the rules surrounding tattoo licenses in Madison County. According to the Herald Bulletin, County commissioners say the new ordinance eliminated the disqualifiers for a license being conviction of a felony in the past five years, conviction in the past 10 years and the applicant defined as a serious violent felon and conviction on more than one felony. They say it’s a loosening of the standards.
