A Muncie mother has been arrested after police say she waited two months to take her baby girl to a hospital for a broken leg. 23-year-old Tessa Murray has been charged with two counts of neglect of a dependent as a result. Police began investigating after it was determined that the 10-month-old was brought in Aug. 10 with a dislocated femur fracture suffered in June.
