One dollar adoptions will be held at Muncie Animal Care and Services to help ease some overcrowding. The event happens today from 10am to noon and from 1 to 5:30pm. Shelter officials say the pets are spayed and neutered, up to date on all shots, dewormed and come with a wellness exam, plus all dogs are microchipped.
